OUR STORY
Meet the Founders, Scott + Melissa
After traveling for work + play for many years, people would always say to us, we want to be like you guys when we grow up! This quickly turned into them coming to us with their travel questions.
In 2021, Melissa decided to become a part-time travel advisor because she was already helping friends and family with their travel plans.
In 2023 we started The Sunshine Travelers Podcast and the Sunshine Travelers Blog. website and social media channels as a way to share even more of our passion and knowledge of travel, the destinations we were traveling to, the tips we were learning along the way, and our travel stories.
However, we still found out that not everyone loves the travel research and planning process like we do, but still wants to experience unique bucket list adventures like ours. So in 2024, we founded Sunshine Travelers Experiences.
The Mission of Sunshine Travelers Experiences is to create unique unforgettable bucket list trips crafted specifically to your dream vision.
Our goal is to seek out unique and local experiences and work with local companies in each destination whenever possible to support the local economy.

With expertise in the Caribbean, Europe, and Hawaii—and a talent for uncovering hidden gems, top resorts, cultural experiences, and exceptional dining—Stephanie ensures every trip is crafted with care, detail, and a personal touch.
True to her wanderlusting spirit, you can often find her on the go, exploring the world with her family by her side. Her current top 5 bucket list destinations and experiences include cruising to Antarctica, island hopping the Galapagos in Ecuador, souk shopping and riad stays in Morocco, chasing the Northern Lights in Scandinavia, and trekking in Bhutan.
